Dosage/Directions for Use

Directions: To prepare a lemonade beverage, dissolve 1 teaspoonful (3 g) of citric acid in 1 litre of water and add either lemons or essence of lemons. adjust and sweeten to taste.

also may be used to increase the acidity when making lemon pies and in the preservation of jams and jellies.
